At JUULZBlaze, it’s all about unique pieces with character. However, we understand that sometimes something just isn’t the perfect fit, and that’s okay. You have 10 days to request a return, starting from the day you receive your blazer.

💌 When can you return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return an item, please keep the following in mind:

  • Your blazer must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • The tags are still attached

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • You can provide an order confirmation or receipt

  • And last but not least: our blazers are carefully handcrafted from existing garments. Small imperfections are part of their charm and character


How to start a return

Would you like to return an item? Please contact me at julieverbeet@outlook.com to request a return. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions and the return address.

Returns that have not been registered in advance will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.


Is there something wrong with your order?

Did you receive the wrong item, or did something arrive damaged? Please let us know immediately after receiving your order via julieverbeet@outlook.com.
We’re happy to find a suitable solution together.


Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or style?
Simply return your blazer following the instructions above and place a new order for the item you prefer. This keeps everything clear and easy — for both you and us.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.

If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us at julieverbeet@outlook.com and we will look into it right away.
